Traditional Acupuncture 
​Acupuncture originates from China and has been practiced for thousands of years. Acupuncture balances the flow of Qi, and helps the body be more resilient by insertion and manipulation of needles in the body. Acupuncture is effective in reducing and relieving pain, and in correcting internal organs issues as well.

Tui-Na & Acupressure

​Tui Na is a hands-on body treatment. The practitioner may brush, knead, roll, press and rub the areas between each of the joints to open the body’s Qi and get the energy moving in the meridians as well as the muscles to bring the body to balance. The practitioner uses a range of motions, massage, and traction, with stimulation of acupressure points to improve health conditions

Cupping Therapy

​Cupping Therapy uses a number of suction cups to channel blood flow into certain areas and promote healing. Suction is created by using heat (fire) or a mechanical device (hand pumps). It produces a feeling of relaxation and invigoration. Skin marking is common after the cups are removed. This may be a simple red ring that disappears quickly, or sometimes can result in bruising.

針灸 

針灸起源自中國，並已被實行數千年之久。針灸能平衡氣血的運行，並且藉由針刺的操作深入皮下幫助身體自我恢復。針灸可以有效減輕並紓解疼痛，也能重新調整內部器官的問題。

推拿和指壓按摩

推拿是一種徒手在病患身體上實施的治療方式。醫師會在每個部位進行，推，揉，滾，壓，抓，等不同手法來暢通身體內的氣血流動，並使身體的經絡，肌肉與內臟都能獲得充分能量，引導身體至平衡狀態。醫師利用推動，按摩和牽引等方式，隨著刺激穴位點來改善病人的健康狀況。

拔罐療法 

拔罐療法是利用數個半真空玻璃罐在特定的部位來通絡血路並促進痊癒。藉由熱（火）或機械裝置（手動幫浦）來產生抽氣效果。它會產生一種精神放鬆以及清爽的感覺。在拔罐後皮膚會有暫時性的印記為正常現象。拔罐會有個短暫的紅色圓圈印記，有時或形成輕微的瘀血。
